Kiara Phillips is the creator of the Quad Mami method and the host of Quad Miami. With a focus on lower-body strength, discipline, and sustainable transformation, she brings a clear training philosophy and a high-standard environment to every part of the retreat.
On site, Kiara leads the core training sessions and circles, guiding each guest through both the physical work and the mindset shifts that make results stick. Her role isn't just to coach — it's to curate the room, set the pace, and help you leave with a stronger body, a stronger identity, and a plan you can follow.
